Nowadays, there are certain gaps in the assessment and analysis of the relationship between the parameters of regional innovative development and trade openness. It should also be noted that over the past few years, the structure of export and import operations has changed significantly due to both economic and political factors. The article considers the dynamics of indicators that characterize the processes of innovative development of the regions of the Central Federal District, as well as the degree of trade openness for the period 2000-2021. It has been revealed that at the national level, an upward trend continues, accompanied by changes in the structure of partner countries. In order to identify individual characteristics at the regional level, their relationship with indicators of trade openness was analyzed. It was proved that there is a connection between certain parameters of innovative development and trade openness, which has been confirmed by the construction of regression equations. It has been revealed that in ten regions there is a relationship between these spheres. It is concluded that there is feedback on individual parameters, such as the number of personnel engaged in RD. The continuation of this study is seen in the study of the peculiarities of the development of individual territories from the point of view of identification and detailed description of regional characteristics. This research can be used in the future by researchers and representatives of public and municipal authorities for planning and analysis of social and demographic regional and national processes.
Актуальность исследования обусловлена наличием отдельны пробелов в оценке и анализе взаимосвязи параметров регионального инновационного развития и открытости торговли. Также следует отметить, что за последний ряд лет структура экспортных и импортных операций значительно изменилась ввиду как экономических, так и политических факторов. В работе рассмотрена динамика показателей, которые характеризуют процессы инновационного развития регионов Центрального федерального округа, а также степень открытости торговли за период 2000-2021 гг. Выявлено, что на национальном уровне сохраняется тенденция к росту, сопровождаемая изменениями в структуре стран-партнеров. С целью выявления индивидуальных особенностей на региональном уровне была проанализирована их взаимосвязь с показателями открытости торговли. Было доказано наличие связи отдельных параметров инновационного развития и открытости торговли, что было подтверждено построением регрессионных уравнений. Выявлено, что в десяти регионах имеет место наличие взаимосвязи данных сфер. Сделан вывод о наличии обратной связи с отдельными параметрами (численность персонала, занятого исследованиями и разработками). Продолжение данного исследования видится в изучении особенностей развития отдельных территорий с позиции выявление и детального описания региональных особенностей. Данное исследование может использоваться в дальнейшем исследователями и представителями органов государственной и муниципальной власти для планирования и анализа социальных и демографических региональных и национальных процессов.
