The article outlines the main approaches to the development of innovative activities of organizations at the present stage of the Russian economy. Measures of state support for innovative activities in foreign countries and the effectiveness of the implementation of innovative projects and solutions in Russian organizations were analyzed. Based on the results of the description of the approaches, the authors conclude that the priorities of today's economic conditions and all the approaches outlined indicate the need for the early development and implementation of innovative projects aimed at creating radically new products. According to the authors, the result of cardinal transformations based on the application of key approaches in Russian organizations will be not only a transition to intensive innovative development, but also ensuring national technological sovereignty and security.

В статье изложены основные подходы по развитию инновационной деятельности организаций на современном этапе экономики РФ, сформулированные по итогам проведенного исследования мер государственной поддержки инновационной деятельности зарубежных стран, а также эффективности реализации инновационных проектов и решений в российских организациях. По итогам описания подходов, авторы приходят к выводу, что приоритеты сегодняшних экономических условий и все изложенные подходы указывают на необходимость скорейшей разработки и реализации инновационных проектов, направленных на создание радикально новой продукции. По мнению авторов, результатом кардинальных преобразований по итогам применения основных подходов российскими организациями будет не только переход к интенсивному инновационному развитию, но и обеспечение национального технологического суверенитета и безопасности.
