<p>In the modern world, growing attention is paid to the development of human resources and individual potential. Therefore, research on human capital and its components becomes relevant. Using the methods of systematic and critical review, as well as meta-analysis of scientific literature, the authors have analyzed key studies in the field of health and creative capital.
This made it possible to clarify the key aspects and characteristics of the considered components of human capital: health and creative capital. It was found that health capital has a positive effect on the development of creative human capital and vice versa. This particularity allowed to make recommendations for improving the efficiency of human capital management. The article may be of interest to researchers, heads of departments and employees of ministries interested in improving the effectiveness of human capital management practices.
