<abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article examines the experience of project management in the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council and the United Arab Emirates as regions with high rates of economic development. At the same time, projects of different types and directions of development, depending on the largest sectors of the economy of the aforementioned countries, are considered. Special attention is paid to the peculiarities of the project management structure in these regions, taking into account the external economic environment and internal national risks. The main purpose of the article is to identify and describe the main features and key characteristics of the project management approach in the countries of the Arabian Peninsula (in particular, in the countries of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf). The study consists of an introduction, which describes the relevance and specificity of the research topic, the main part, which analyzes the system and methodology of project management in the countries of the Arabian Peninsula, and a conclusion, which outlines the main conclusions of the study. The article presents descriptive models of modern project management methodologies used in the Arab world. These models make it possible to combine the most successful classical experiences of developed countries and bring new national and territorial features to this management. Such an integrated approach to project management opens opportunities for more effective development of project activities. A new Arab approach to project management in dynamically developing regions and projects at the interregional level is described.</p>

<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье рассматривается опыт управления проектами в странах Совета Персидского залива и Объединенных Арабских Эмиратах как регионах с высокими темпами экономического развития. При этом рассматриваются проекты разных типов и направлений развития в зависимости от крупнейших секторов экономики ранее обозначенных стран. Особое внимание уделено особенностям структуры управления проектами в этих регионах с учетом внешней экономической среды и внутренних национальных рисков. Основная цель статьи – выявить и описать основные особенности и ключевые характеристики подхода к управлению проектами в странах Аравийского полуострова (в частности, в странах Совета сотрудничества арабских государств Персидского залива (ССАГПЗ)). Исследование состоит из введения, в котором описывается актуальность и специфика темы исследования, основной части, в которой анализируется система и методология управления проектами в странах Аравийского полуострова, и заключения, в котором излагаются основные выводы исследования. Основными выводами исследования являются описательные модели современных методологий проектного управления, используемые в «арабском мире», позволяющие объединить наиболее успешный классический опыт развитых стран и привнести в это управление новые национальные и территориальные особенности. Такой комплексный подход к управлению проектами открывает возможности для более эффективного развития проектной деятельности. Ключевая ценность исследования заключается в том, что сформирован и подробно описан новый «арабский» подход к управлению проектами на территории динамично развивающихся регионов и проектов межрегионального уровня</p>
