The article considers the issues of ensuring the success of innovative projects implemented in domestic machine-building companies. Three key periods in the development of scientific research related to the success of projects were identified. The directions of promising research in this area were particularized. In particular, the need to find new evaluation approaches to support and coordinate the control of an innovative project, as well as to ensure the success of its implementation, is justified. A model for the interaction of project management processes, managing the implementation of benefits and evaluating the success of the project has been developed. The key processes for evaluating and monitoring the success of the project are detailed. The approval of the evaluation tool, formed on the basis of the authors' model, made it possible in practice to reduce the severity of contradictions between participants in innovative activities, to ensure an increase in the consistency of their positions regarding the success of an innovative initiative. It also contributed to reducing the failures of innovative projects.

В статье рассмотрены вопросы обеспечения успешности инновационных проектов, реализуемых на отечественных машиностроительных предприятия. Выделены три ключевых периода эволюции научных исследований, связанных с успехом проектов, а также определены направления перспективных изысканий в этой области. В частности, обоснована необходимость поиска новых подходов к оцениванию для поддержки и координации контроля исполнения инновационного проекта, а также обеспечения успешности его реализации.Разработана модель взаимодействия процессов проектного менеджмента, управления реализацией преимуществ и оценивания успеха проекта. Детализированы ключевые процессы оценки и мониторинга успеха проекта. Апробация инструмента оценивания, сформированного на основе авторской модели, позволила на практике снизить остроту противоречий между участниками инновационной деятельности, обеспечить увеличение согласованности их позиций относительно успешности инновационной инициативы, а также способствовала снижению неудач инновационных проектов
