In order to rationalize an approach to improving labor productivity through the prevention of occupational injuries and occupational diseases, the article considers the features of assessing the acceptability of the occupational risk of tractor drivers in agriculture from an economic point of view. The overall management of occupational safety and health of tractor drivers requires an analysis and assessment of the professional risk tolerance. of the professional risk tolerance. It is shown that the assessment of the acceptability of the occupational risk of tractor drivers should be based on in-depth research and analysis through the improvement of existing methods for probabilistic assessment of the risk of accidents, taking into account the characteristic features of mechanized processes in agriculture. Establishing an acceptable level of occupational risk in relation to an economically optimal value requires maintaining a balance between increasing losses associated with the risks of industrial accidents and diseases, while reducing investment costs so that the cost reaches a rational value.

В статье рассмотрены особенности оценки приемлемости профессионального риска трактористов-машинистов сельского хозяйства с экономической точки зрения с целью рационального подхода к повышению производительности труда за счет профилактики производственного травматизма и профессиональных заболеваний. Общее управление охраной и безопасностью труда трактористов-машинистов требует анализа и оценки установления приемлемого уровня профессионального риска. Показано, что оценка приемлемости профессионального риска трактористов-машинистов должна основываться на глубоком исследовании и анализе через усовершенствование имеющихся методов и способов вероятностной оценки риска наступления несчастных случаев с учетом характерных особенностей механизированных процессов в сельском хозяйстве. Установление приемлемого уровня профессионального риска по отношению к экономически оптимальному значению требует соблюдения баланса между увеличением потерь, связанных с рисками несчастных случаев на производстве и заболеваний, одновременно с уменьшением затрат на инвестиции, с тем чтобы себестоимость достигала рационального значения.
