The article analyzes the dynamics of the level of welfare of the population (based on the analysis of total incomes and expenditures) and the dynamics of the structure of food consumption. The conclusion about an increase in the total income of the population is made. In dynamics, it leads to a shift in the consumption model towards higher-quality and nutritious food products. The idea of forming a network of agricultural cooperatives that can sell their own products through modern digital services directly to the consumer is also being developed. This will reduce the final selling price. В статье анализируется динамика уровня благосостояния населения (исходя из анализа совокупных доходов и расходов населения) и динамика структуры потребления продуктов питания. Делается вывод об увеличении совокупных доходов населения, что в динамике приводит к сдвигу модели потребления в сторону более качественных и питательных продуктов питания. Также развивается мысль о формировании сети сельскохозяйственных кооперативов, которые смогут реализовывать собственную продукцию через современные цифровые сервисы (напрямую потребителю), что позволит сократить конечную цену реализации.
