The article reveals the specifics of the implementation of digitalization projects and programs in Russian companies participating in the transport market. These companies are operators of transport and logistics transportation and owners of rolling stock. On the example of the largest transport and logistics operator, the Fesco group of companies, the systematization of the most important corporate digitalization projects was carried out. These projects are as follows: the workplace of a customs officer, a single window of the Fesco ecosystem, a data office, and an analytical tool for using big data in the formation of supply chains within the framework of intermodal transportation. The results of the study deepen the practical component of the study of digitalization processes at the level of industries and complexes, in particular, the transport and logistics industries. The materials are addressed to specialists of companies participating in the transport and logistics market, IT directors and specialists, and all stakeholders interested in the development of the digital ecosystem.
Статья раскрывает особенности внедрения проектов и программ цифровизации в российских компаниях – участниках транспортного рынка, в частности, операторов транспортно-логистических перевозок, владельцев подвижного состава. На примере крупнейшего транспортно-логистического оператора – группы компаний Fesco – проведена систематизация важнейших корпоративных проектов цифровизации: рабочего места сотрудника таможенного органа, единого окна экосистемы Fesco, дата-офиса, аналитического инструмента применения больших данных в формировании цепей поставок в рамках осуществления интермодальных перевозок. Результаты исследования углубляют практическую составляющую исследования процессов цифровизации на уровне отраслей и комплексов, в частности, отрасли транспорта и логистики. Материалы адресованы специалистам компаний – участников транспортно-логистического рынка, ИТ-директорам и специалистам, всем заинтересованным в развитии цифровой экосистемы стейкхолдерам.
