<abstract xml:lang="en"><p>В данной статье представлен глубокий анализ причин продолжающегося замедления роста производительности труда в Китае. Как новичок в этой области, автор систематически исследовал комплексные факторы, влияющие на производительность труда в Китае, включая старение населения, структуру промышленности, технологические инновации и институциональные препятствия. Посредством количественного анализа данных и межотраслевых сравнительных исследований автор выявил тенденции к снижению темпов роста и структурные дисбалансы в обрабатывающей промышленности, сфере услуг и сельском хозяйстве. Ключевые выводы показывают, что причины замедления темпов роста производительности многогранны, и прогнозируют стабилизацию темпов роста в ближайшие десятилетия. В этой статье предлагаются ценные рекомендации по постоянному повышению производительности труда в Китае. Например, Китай должен постоянно повышать квалификацию и уровень образования работников, оптимизировать структуру промышленности, внедрять новые технологии и инновации, совершенствовать институты и политику, улучшать условия ведения бизнеса. Исследователи экономики, аналитики и политики, интересующиеся экономическим развитием Китая и экономикой труда, сочли бы эту статью весьма информативной.</p>

<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>This article provided an insightful analysis into the reasons behind the sustained slowdown in China's labour productivity growth in recent years. As a newcomer in this field, the author systematically examined the complex factors impacting China's labour productivity, including aging population, industrial structure, technological innovation, and institutional obstacles. Through quantitative data analysis and cross-industry comparative studies, the author identified the declining growth trends and structural imbalances in manufacturing, services, and agriculture. The key findings suggested multifaceted drivers for the productivity slowdown and predict the growth rate would stabilize in coming decades. The article offered valuable recommendations to continuously improve China's labour productivity. For example, China should continuously improve the skills and education level of workers, optimise its industrial structure, introduce new technologies and innovations, perfect its systems and policies, and improve its business environment. Economic researchers, analysts and policymakers interested in China's economic development and labor economics would find this article highly informative.</p>
