The article analyzes the stages of digital transformation of military-industrial complex companies. The author reveals the specifics of its implementation and realization. The algorithm of company digitization is given; and the content of its constituent steps is revealed. The criteria, qualitative and quantitative indicators characterizing the level of the company's readiness for digital transformation, as well as the structure of the personnel life cycle in the absence and presence of digital transformation in the company are proposed. On the basis of the study, recommendations for specialists of military-industrial complex companies are given. The proposed algorithm can serve as methodological information.

В статье проанализированы этапы цифровой трансформации предприятий оборонно-промышленного комплекса, раскрыта суть их осуществления и особенности проведения. Приведен алгоритм цифровизации предприятий и раскрыто содержание составляющих его шагов. Предложены критерии, качественные и количественные показатели, характеризующие уровень готовности предприятий к цифровой трансформации, а также структура жизненного цикла персонала в условиях отсутствия и наличия на предприятии цифровой трансформации. На основе исследования сделаны рекомендации для специалистов предприятий оборонно-промышленного комплекса, предложенный алгоритм может служить методической информацией.
