The article examines the theoretical and practical issues of the introduction of digital technology into the activities of Russian industrial companies within the framework of Industry 4.0. The impact of the introduction of digital technology on strengthening the company's investment attractiveness is considered. The practical experience of introducing digital technology into the activities of a specific agricultural organization of the Samara region (BIO-TON LLC) has been studied. This can form the basis for determining the prospects for the introduction of the Industry 4.0 concept at Russian companies of other industries. Special attention is paid to the impact of digital technology on intellectual capital. The article examines how digitalization has changed BIO-TON LLC's approach to training and retraining of employees, what changes have occurred in the work of combine harvesters and agronomists, and how it has affected the results of the company's work. The research helps to understand the new era of Industry 4.0 and the importance of introducing digital innovations in organizations. The article will be useful for students of economic specialties, as well as economists, managers of industrial companies, and auditors.
В статье исследуются теоретические и практические вопросы внедрения в деятельность российских промышленных предприятий цифровых технологий в рамках Индустрии 4.0. Рассмотрено влияние внедрения цифровых технологий на укрепление инвестиционной привлекательности предприятия. Изучен практический опыт внедрения цифровых технологий в деятельность конкретной сельскохозяйственной организации Самарской области (ООО «БИО-ТОН»), что может составить основу определения перспектив внедрения концепции Индустрия 4.0 на российских предприятиях других отраслей. Особое внимание в исследовании делается на влияние цифровых технологий на интеллектуальный капитал: в статье рассмотрено, как цифровизация изменила подход ООО «БИО-ТОН» к подготовке и переобучению трудового коллектива, какие изменения произошли в работе комбайнёров и агрономов, как это сказалось на результатах работы корпорации. Исследование помогает понять новую эру Индустрии 4.0 и важность внедрения цифровых инноваций в организациях.
