The article presents the first part of the review of the national experience of building business ecosystems in Kazakhstan. This article presents an approach to understanding the role of startups in business ecosystems with a focus on analyzing the experience of the Astana Hub. The article analyzes the dynamics of the Astana Hub development, considering the key points and achievements. Special attention is paid to the role and contribution of Astana Hub to the formation of a favorable environment for the development of startups, as well as the creation and support of a startup ecosystem in the region. The study is based on empirical data, internal statistics, as well as an analysis of the experience of successful startups that were launched in the Astana Hub. The authors have summarized the factors contributing to the development of the startup ecosystem in Kazakhstan, and describe the challenges and problems that may arise along the way. The article is of interest to researchers, businessmen and public authorities seeking to support innovation and startup culture in the region.

Статья представляет первую часть обзора национального опыта построения бизнес-экосистем в Казахстане. В данном материале представлен подход к пониманию роли стартапов в формировании бизнес- экосистем с фокусом на анализе опыта деятельности Астана Хаб. Статья анализирует динамику развития Астана хаб, рассматривая ключевые моменты и достижения. Особое внимание уделено роли и вкладу Астана Хаб в формирование благоприятной среды для развития стартапов, а также созданию и поддержке стартап-экосистемы в регионе. Исследование базируется на эмпирических данных, внутренней статистике, а также анализе опыта успешных стартапов, которые были запущены в Астана Хабе. Подводятся итоги и делаются выводы о том, какие факторы способствуют развитию стартап-экосистемы в Казахстане и какие вызовы и проблемы могут возникать на этом пути. Статья представляет интерес для исследователей, предпринимателей и государственных органов, стремящихся поддержать инновационную и стартап-культуру в регионе.
