<abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article is devoted to the study of state information policy tools, including propaganda technology. The authors pay attention to the effectiveness of these tools. The authors have developed a matrix of links between the goals, institutions and actors of the state information policy for the formation of public trust.
FUNDING:
 The article was prepared based on the results of research carried out at the expense of budgetary funds under the state assignment of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.</p>

<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Статья посвящена исследованию инструментов государственной информационной политики, использующих в том числе технологии пропаганды. Авторы уделяют внимание вопросу эффективности этих инструментов. Авторами разработана матрица связей целей, институтов и акторов государственной информационной политики формирования общественного доверия.</p>
