<abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In the modern world, the economic stability and company's success are largely determined by their ability to innovate and develop sustainably. At the same time, various economic schools offer their own approaches and recommendations for managing innovation processes and company sustainability. The study of the influence of economic schools on concepts of company's management and development is relevant, as it allows to better understand the reasons for the success or failure of companies and suggest optimal development strategies.
The purpose of this article was to reveal the role of economic schools in the management of company's innovation and sustainable development. The authors analyze the evolution of concepts and modern approaches to this problem. The main economic schools and their contribution to the development of the theory of company management are considered. The analysis of the influence of these schools on approaches to innovation management and sustainable development is carried out. The current trends and directions of development of this area are determined.
In addition, the application of modern approaches to innovation and sustainable development management at successful companies is demonstrated.
Thus, this article contributes to the expansion of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in company management, innovation and sustainable development. The research results allow to determine the optimal strategies for the company development in the modern economy.</p>

<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В современном мире экономическая стабильность и успешность предприятий во многом определяются их способностью к инновациям и устойчивому развитию. При этом различные экономические школы предлагают свои подходы и рекомендации по управлению инновационными процессами и устойчивостью предприятий. Исследование влияния экономических школ на формирование концепций управления и развития предприятий является актуальным, так как это позволяет лучше понять причины успеха или неудачи компаний и предложить оптимальные стратегии развития.
Цель данной статьи заключается в раскрытии роли экономических школ в управлении инновациями и устойчивым развитием предприятий, а также анализе эволюции концепций и современных подходов к данной проблематике. В ходе исследования рассмотрены основные экономические школы и их вклад в развитие теории управления предприятием, проведен анализ влияния этих школ на формирование подходов к управлению инновациями и устойчивым развитием, а также определены современные тенденции и направления развития данной области.
Кроме того, продемонстрировано применение современных подходов к управлению инновациями и устойчивым развитием на успешных предприятиях.
Таким образом, данная статья способствует расширению теоретических знаний и практических навыков в области управления предприятиями, инновациями и устойчивым развитием, а также позволяет определить оптимальные стратегии развития предприятий в условиях современной экономики</p>
