The numerous and diverse prohibitions, restrictions and sanctions in force against the Russian Federation since March 2014 are aimed at destroying the financial system of Russia, slowing down the economic, scientific and technological development of the country and weakening a wide range of economic activities. According to the plan of the sanctioners, this will undermine the military and economic power of the Russian Federation and cause social discontent within the country. Hybrid warfare measures against the Russian Federation include isolating the country from global commodity markets. Such isolation affects, first of all, export and import-oriented industries and economic entities. The continuation of their normal functioning and progressive development requires changes in production, management and logistics. This requires time and resources. Among the latter, investment in fixed capital is important. The purpose of the study was to analyze the dynamics of investments in fixed assets of the most sensitive types of economic activity of the Russian Federation to foreign trade restrictions. The author assumed that an increase in the volume of investments in such activities would contribute to increasing their level of resistance to negative impacts on the external and domestic markets. The study showed that in 2017-2021 the investment resource was involved. Funding. ДДействующие в отношении Российской Федерации с марта 2014 г. многочисленные и разноплановые запреты, ограничения и санкции нацелены на разрушение финансовой системы России, замедление экономического, научно-технологического развития страны, ослабление широкого круга видов экономической деятельности. Что, по замыслу санкционеров, подорвёт военно-экономическую мощь РФ, вызовет социальное недовольство внутри страны. В число мер ведущейся против Российской Федерации гибридной войны входит изоляция страны от мировых товарных рынков. Такая изоляция бьёт, прежде всего, по экспорто- и импорто-ориентированным отраслям, производствам, хозяйствующим субъектам. Продолжение их нормального функционирования и поступательного развития требует изменений в производстве, управлении, логистике. Для этого нужны время и ресурсы. Важными в числе последних являются инвестиции в основной капитал. Целью исследования, результаты которого представлены в данной работе, был анализ динамики инвестиций в основной капитал наиболее чувствительных к ограничениям внешней торговли видов экономической деятельности Российской Федерации. Автор исходил из того, что рост объёма инвестиций в такие виды деятельности будет способствовать повышению уровня их устойчивости к негативным воздействиям на внешнем и внутреннем рынках. Исследование показало, что в 2017 2021 гг. инвестиционный ресурс был задействован.
