<abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The financial and economic, marketing and investment activities of the South Korean multinational corporation Samsung and the Chinese company Huawei are examined. In order to determine the effectiveness and prospects for further development of the studied companies and MNCs in general, the business strategies of the respective companies are analyzed. As a result of the conducted research, a methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of business strategies of modern TNCs has been formed.</p>

<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В работе исследована финансово-хозяйственная, маркетинговая и инвестиционная деятельность южнокорейской транснациональной корпорации Samsung и китайской компании Huawei. Проанализированы бизнес-стратегий соответствующих компаний с целью определения их эффективности и перспектив дальнейшего развития исследуемых компаний и ТНК в целом. В результате проведенных исследований сформирована методика оценки эффективности бизнес-стратегий современных ТНК.</p>
