<abstract xml:lang="en">
In modern conditions, the digital transformation of management systems is becoming a key element of increasing the competitiveness of manufacturing companies. In this context, building a comprehensive approach to the integration of operational management mechanisms, risk management and consideration of the interests of investors and other stakeholders becomes of the utmost importance. At the same time, the question of what role investors and stakeholders themselves attach to the formation of such a relationship remains poorly understood in foreign and Russian literature.
The study of this problem is the focus of this article.

Based on the results of the study, the author concludes that investors and stakeholders of Russian manufacturing companies are interested in taking these aspects into account in the analysis of digital transformation programs implemented by companies.

The author of the article presents the conceptualization of the integration of operational management mechanisms, risk management and consideration of the interests of investors and other stakeholders as the basis for maintaining their competitiveness and investment attractiveness. The article may be of interest to researchers studying the features and directions of transformation of the integration mechanisms of operational management mechanisms, risk management and consideration of the interests of investors and other stakeholders amidst digitalization of socio-economic relations.

<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru">
