<abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article examines data on the expected impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on jobs. The author discusses the potential of AI to create decent jobs and explores the extent to which AI creates opportunities and risks for the labor market. The author considers segments of digitalization and analysis of the steps of the country's formation with the introduction of artificial intelligence. 
The author conducted a study of the practice of transition to a digital economy with its advantages and disadvantages, especially in the field of employment. This article fills in some of the gaps in the mainstream debate about automation, the adoption of new technology in the workplace and the future of the labor market. In accordance with the statistics for Uzbekistan, political implications and recommendations to reduce the risks of the impact of artificial intelligence and robotization on the labor market and employment are given.</p>

<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье рассматриваются данные об ожидаемом воздействии искусственного интеллекта на рабочие места, обсуждается потенциал для создания достойных рабочих мест и исследуется, в какой степени открывает возможности и создает риски для рынка труда. В анализе рассматриваются сегменты цифровизации и анализ шагов становления страны с внедрением искусственного интеллекта. Согласно исследованию практика перехода к цифровой экономике с ее преимуществами и недостатками, особенно в сфере занятости недостачно исследовано. Данная статья заполняет некоторые пробелы в основных дебатах об автоматизации, внедрении новых технологий на рабочем месте и будущего рынка труда. В соответствии со статистикой по Узбекистану даны политические последствия и рекомендации для снижения рисков влияние внедрения искусственного интеллекта и роботизации на рынок труда и занятость</p>
