Decent work is the basis for the sustainable stable development of the country. The article focuses on the consideration of the features of decent work in China. The calculation of the integral indicator of decent work has been made. Using the method of correlation analysis, the authors assess the strength of the relationship between labor efficiency and decent work in China. It was concluded that by improving decent working conditions, it is possible to increase its productivity, while developing appropriate state policies for decent work should take into account not only economic factors, such as the level of wages, but also social ones.

Достойный труд является основой для устойчивого стабильного развития страны. В статье основное внимание уделено рассмотрению особенностей современного состояния достойного труда в Китае, проведен расчет интегрального показателя достойного труда. Используя метод корреляционного анализа, авторы проводят оценку силы связи между эффективностью труда и достойным трудом в Китае. В результате исследования сделан вывод, что за счет улучшения достойных условий труда, возможно повысить его производительность, при этом при разработке соответствующих государственных политик по развитию достойного труда следует учитывать не только экономические факторы, включая уровень заработной платы, но и социальные.
